Submit your application

Fill in the registration form — takes under 2 minutes

Go to the application page and open the Apply for Access tab. Fill in:

Full name & phone numberThese are required — your phone is used for WhatsApp communication.
Email addressMust be unique. Your reference code is tied to this email.
Organisation (optional)Where you currently work or study.
Professional body membership (optional)If you are a member of a recognised body, select it here to qualify for the member discount.

Click Submit Application. You will immediately receive a reference code (e.g. TR4F9A2B). Save it — you will need it to check your status.

Note: You cannot submit twice with the same email address. Use the status checker if you have already applied.

Wait for a decision

Applications are reviewed within 24 hours

An admin reviews your application manually. You will receive a WhatsApp notification when a decision is made (approved or not approved).

You can also check at any time using the Check My Application tab — enter your reference code or the email you registered with.

If not approved: the status page will show "Not Approved". If this relates to a membership discount, you will still be advised how to pay the standard fee and proceed. Contact us via WhatsApp for further information — some applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Pay the registration fee

Pay via Mobile Money once approved

Once approved, your status page shows payment instructions. The fee depends on your membership status:

Category	Fee
Standard (no professional body membership)	K500.00
Professional body member (25% discount)	K375.00

Send payment via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or Zamtel to the numbers shown on your status page. Use your reference code as the payment reference, then tap "Communicate Payment on WhatsApp" to notify us.

Do not share your payment confirmation outside of WhatsApp — all payment verification is done manually by our team.

Receive your login credentials

Sent via WhatsApp once payment is confirmed

Once our team confirms your payment, a trainee staff account is created automatically. You will receive a WhatsApp message containing:

UsernameAuto-generated from your name and reference code.
Temporary passwordA random 8-character password. Change it on first login.
Login URLDirect link to the staff login page.
Session expiryYour access is time-limited (e.g. 2 hours). The countdown starts when you log in.

Important: Your session is timed. Once the countdown reaches zero, you are automatically logged out. Plan your training session before you begin.

Log in and complete your tasks

Use the Staff Login page with your trainee credentials

Go to the login page (the Staff Portal sign-in — not the Customer Portal). Enter the username and password from your WhatsApp message.

Training tasksYou are taken directly to your assigned task. Listen to the audio call recording and complete the billing actions on the live-style system.
Countdown timerVisible in the sidebar at all times. When it reaches zero, you are logged out automatically — work is saved up to that point.
ScoringYour performance is recorded automatically. Results are reviewed by the training administrator.

Trainees use the Staff Login page, not the Customer Login. If you see a page asking for an email address, you are on the wrong login page.
