Your privacy.

We collect the information you give us — such as your name, phone and WhatsApp number, email address, organisation, professional body and membership number, payment references and delivery details — and information created as you use the Platform, such as your tasks, scores, tickets, session activity and certificates.
We use it to: review applications; verify membership and payments; create and run your account; deliver the training and services you ask for; issue receipts and certificates; allow certificate verification; contact you; provide support; keep the Platform secure; and meet our legal obligations.
It is seen only by our team and, where relevant, your mentor and the Admins who supervise you, and the Partner, employer or professional body that sponsored or referred you. We may share it with service providers who help us run the Platform (such as hosting, messaging and email providers), with the relevant professional body to verify membership, and where the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed for certificate verification, records, accounting and legal purposes.
Under the Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021 you may ask to access or correct your personal information, object to certain uses, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to the limits the law allows (for example, we keep records of issued certificates so that they can be verified). We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure.
