The Certificates-of-Knowledge.COM Call Centre Training Programme is a hands-on, timed simulation of a real pay-TV billing environment. You work on a live-style system — the same one used in production — handling real-world customer scenarios under a ticking clock.

This isn't a test of theory. It's a test of how well you can operate under pressure, find information quickly, and make accurate decisions using a billing platform — exactly what call-centre and billing agents do every day.

How It Works

Apply

Submit your details on the Apply tab. No exam, no CV needed — just your name, phone and email.

Get Approved

We review applications within 1 working day. Professional members of recognised bodies receive a fee discount.

Pay & Get Access

Once approved, pay the registration fee via Mobile Money and send us your WhatsApp confirmation. Your login will be created.

Start Training

Log in during your allotted session window. Read the scenario, listen to the audio call recording, and complete the task on the billing system.

Get Scored

Each task is automatically validated. Your speed, accuracy and completion rate are all recorded.

Extend If Needed
